Our systems are custom arranged and designed for your specific mold per hour, cooling time and application requirements. We can incorporate bottom board returns, weight and jacket shifters, separators, punchouts, closers, and mold push offs. Molds can be removed or left on the bottom boards. There is no mold to mold contact with our indexing handling systems.
Our systems are PLC controlled with hydraulic functions. Valving is centrally located for ease of maintenance. Our mold cars run on replaceable angle track. Framework and construction is large size rectangular tubing. All machines are plumbed and run in our shop prior to shipping. No pit or high support columns are required. Historically our machines are cheaper and quicker to install because of our preassembly and testing.
